  • Policy Review and Drafting: Based on changes in applicable laws, the operating environment or risk appetite of the organisation we review and update policies to reflect prevailing conditions and requirements. Where new policies are required we will draft the policies for implementation and Board approval.
  • Policy Standardisation: We review the entire catalogue of polices to ensure that there is a consistent approach to managing similar subject matter and there are no contradictions that may cause misunderstanding or inconsistent decision making across an organisation. Where there are any exceptions these are clearly defined for better understanding.
  • Policy Governance: We develop appropriate governance frameworks to ensure that review, amendment and approval of policies is seamless. An appropriate governance framework ensures that the right stakeholders at the appropriate level have oversight and contribute to policy development, review and approval.
